After my friend has had 24 btc or ~ $4000 USD stolen from his account on btc-e I am now seeing that basically btc-e has been breached aprox 7-8 days ago

From this so far I can see that nearly 10+ peopele have had there funds stolen from the breached btc-e

Also getting PM from people trying to get there funds returned from this hack of btc-e

Is it not funny that they swapped over to email logins around this time

When are they going to own up to this breach of their system and honor the funds that have been verified as stolen by this breach

Or is this the difference between MtGox & btc-e that they honor funds in peoples accounts when there security has failed

Since gox are now going to ltc & nmc is there really a place for an exchange that does not honor its failed security !!!

Reply to add your name to the list and hopefully btc-e will work with us to resolve these verified loss of funds

This certainly needs more investigation. Who are these 10 people?

I just got ~4 btc stolen from my btc-e account. No email or notification from them when the hacker logged into my account. Is there any way for me to get back my btc?
