No it is not possible to mine with the tablet, phone or browser. In browser you may find cloud mining in the name browser mining but that is not a legit one. there you can find the ponzi scheme of cloud mining.
Do not invest your fund in cloud mining site, instead you may donate to some one else because of wasting it.
If you want to start mining, initially GPU mining with the any top altcoins means profit in your court.

CPU mining in a browser is certainly a thing, but not for individual users. This is something websites do to fleece a few cents from unsuspecting users, lol.

Mining on any sort of device that contains a battery is generally a bad idea. Especially on a device like a tablet where the battery isn't easy to replace. That kind of power draw will kill your battery life and end up defeating the purpose of having a portable device in the first place. I'd only go that route if you find the prospect exciting and don't care about the tablet at all anymore. My first venture into mining was on my laptop, which led me to do research and end up building purpose-built rigs of my own.
