Don't know when you talked to DS but consider SPhreco team has moved to New Zeland and maybe you live in a different timezone than theirs.
Also add the fact that happens they are not so quick in their responses sometimes  you just need some patience because, from what they say in  slack channel ( more active communication channel lately), team is active and working, they recently hired a new CEO and are currently hiring some more staff members.

Anyway will share a link to your post on Slack to raise a bit more attention on it.

It depends on when people bought them.

They were sold in three tranches:

• the first tranche of 12.5 Million tokens was sold at 7400 satoshi per token with a 20% discount 
• second tranche of 27.5 Million tokens sold at 8600 satoshi per token with a 10% dicsount
• last tranche was sold at a full price of 9500 satoshi per token

Also, as EDisney just wrote, there is an AMA ( ask me anything) session with Katherine ( the new CEO) happening on 22nd of November: channel and precise time where it will be help will be announced on slack channel on Monday 20th November.

Katherine also announced in chat that next week two new members will join Shpreco team including a community manager ( hope communication will improve with him).
