Can't verify bank account with coinbase or binance

Guys I'm so frustrated . I wanna start buying coins but I can't even get a verification of my bank account . Every time I try they tell me to look in my bank account  for 2 small deposits but the 2 small deposits never come into my bank account . Coinbase doesn't even have an actual person to email or a live person .all they have is an auto bot .
