Yes bittrex and poloniex both allow you to trade XRP, ETH and POT as same platform

All ripple markets https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ripple/#markets
All ETH markets https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ethereum/#markets
Potcoin markets https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/potcoin/

Alternatively you can choose any of those platforms to trade respective coins.
