It depends, on timing, on coin, etc...but please remember how higher the difficulty how more difficult it is to mine coins, how bigger your profit when you mine in the beginning. So if the difficulty keep on raising and you can still mine at difficulty 5 -6 and next week it is 10 then your coins are already twice as expensive.
