tutorials on developing an altcoin?

Hello there.
I'm new to making an altcoin, and i need to know:
 How the hell do i do it?
It will be based off the innovative peercoin and will be called Alphoncoin.
I need help understanding the code, and a bunch of other things.
Anyone who can help me will receive a moderately large amount of alphoncoins as my thanks.

If you cant understand the code though you will have trouble developing a new one.
