Please Help Wallet/Funds Recovery Nightmare

I can't believe I have done this.

I copied down only 11 of 12 words for my seed. I also lost my google authenticator related information after a system crash on my phone.

I temporarily stored the seed in a txt file but later erased those words in the file but the file itself is still intact. I still have access to my wallet with a password but cannot check to see the 12 words at this time.

Is there anyway I can recover my crypto?
