can someone please help ~ syncing wallet

hi,

i haven't needed help syncing a wallet for about 4 years and have just got back in to cryptos. i bought some dimecoins and managed to find probably an old dimecoin wallet which isn't syncing.

i found some advice saying to make a txt document and add this...

and save as dimecoin.conf. i tried with and without a username and password.

i still get no block source available.

can someone tell me what im doing wrong or need to do.
