Looking for some usage stats on bitcoins

Total number of bitcoin transactions to date (and daily number)
Total US dollar value of bitcoin transactions to date (and daily number)
(estimated) number of merchants currently accepting bitcoins
number of countries in which a bitcoin transaction has occurred

Suggestions on places to look?

Thanks- that's showing last 24 hours or daily amounts, but not cumulative.
