Im still trying to gauge what fees look like for moving BTC to USD. What would be an acceptable fee to charge if you are giving usd for BTC via an online transaction, not face to face.

If it's a fee on top of that, you need to come to an understanding, I guess...

The fee is whatever you can get another person to pay. Generally I find enough people are willing to pay 5%.  If I'm in a hurry to set up transactions, I occasionally reduce the fee to 3%. When I've got a lot of time to wait, I've found people willing to pay 10%
