Bitcoin not recieved - Help pls!

Hello,
Today I tried to buy Bitcoin on Blockchain. This was my first purchase. When I was nearly in the end of payment process, my computer crashed. I needed to restart it. When I turned it up again, I can see in order history, that my purchase was canceled. BUT WHEN I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT BALANCE, I NOTICED THAT MY MONEY WERE TAKEN OFF MY ACCOUNT.
I sent a message on support. No answer already.
May I do something more? Do you have some advices please? 😔

Maybe it's going to take some time to show up on the blockchain.

You can dispute the transaction with your bank. They are usually supportive of the buyer rather than the seller, so should be willing to refund your money.

Unless the bank is anti-crypto
