Hey everyone,
I was mining BCH in a pool and sent the payout to my coinbase.  It went, I can see it on the block chain... But it never showed up in my coinbase wallet.  I triple checked the wallet address and it's definitely correct. I contacted support and got a robot response that didn't help.  I know they were unprepared and overwhelmed when they finally released our BCH, but has anyone else had a similar issue the past few days?  If so how did coinbase respond.

Just make a support ticket. My friend makes a transaction to the coinbase worth 1.55 btc and then his balance was disappeared. It nevery shows up but the ridiculous thing that my friends pays some bch to speedup the transaction but it still never shows in the coinbase wallet. But it may take some days to get any response.

The same exact thing happened to me, twice.  I have a pending ticket with Coinbase that has not gotten any responses as yet.  It's frustrating because I can also see it in the Blockchain.  I can also see Coinbase moving the money to what I think is their hot/cold wallets...

Just give it time. You will get a new address every time you transfer crypto- you know that, by now...?

Hey, thanks for the response.  I started a ticket over a week ago, with the only response being a bot that told me to check the FAQ.  Really?  Big help, thanks for that...

A 2nd bch transaction into my account also didn't show up 2 days later.  I know that new addresses are generated each time, but the old address are still active.  I know it's the holidays, and they have a lot on thier plate, but how about a human response with a, "we are looking into it"

I have had several BTC and LTC transaction come and go wih no problem.  a few hours is reasonable, even a full day, but over a week?

VERY disappointed at this point.

Thanks for letting me vent!

I got the same response just yesterday from Coinbase with the ticket I had open with them (over a week ago).  They also copy/pasted wording about the bitcoin cash fork and now “you can’t desposit btc into a bch wallet”.  LOL.  I told hem I am fully aware and I deposited bch into my bch wallet. I asked them to escalate.

Oh and an regarding the wallet addresses in Coinbase, you can actually view all of the wallet addresses that you have created in Tools/ Addresses on the Coinbase web portal.

I hope they can fix this for both of us.  I’ll keep you posted on anything I hear.

Jackpot!  They still haven't responded, but one of the BCH transactions showed up this morning, and it was dated Dec 21st....  hopefully the next one shows up tomorrow, since the original transactions were 21st and 22nd.
