It is a new forking project I saw on a medium post.
It adopts proof-of-proof consensus algorithms.

5. I had Monero before the fork, how do I get Poporo?
If you held Monero before the fork, you only need to download Poporo's wallet and import the original Moneo's private key to get Poporo.
We have done the protection for replay attacks. In theory, your Monero and Poporo are safe and can be used separately.
However, we strongly recommend that you transfer Monero to another secure private key holding address before obtaining Poporo to avoid possible hacking or accidental private key leakage during the transfer of private keys.
