Blockchain certified authorship

Hi,

How to obtain an anteriority proof to claim authorship over original content through blockchain?
I do not understand why only timestamping the hash of the content is sufficient: isn't it needed to write the author's bitcoin address inside the content and to be able to prove that this address is the author's?

And: what dedicated services (NotBot, Ascribe...) do that I can't do myself with some cli lines or gui client?

If someone can clarify this it would be awesome
