bitfinex stole my 92 IOTA and no support

when my 187iota withdraw cancelled by bitfinex i lost my 92.30737901 mi Iota
you can see on Iota  reports :
it said : Settlement @ 0.0054 on Exchange wallet - DEBIT 92.30737901 IOTA
i didn't do anything
after a week i withdraw 95 iota before lost all of it
10 days and no answer to my ticket (ticket number: #674159. )

Phone was lost, as well as back up, so I need to regain access to my account, but no support since 15-12-2017
It is not a couple of IOTA, but a couple of thousand IOTA...so I feel 'some urgency'

I also sent all the required documents to be verified beginning of december, but no news yet.

I understand things can get busy, but at least give us feedback and a realistic timeline, take action please!!!!
