Кто-то, у кого ну очень много токенов ECASH, решил очень сильно спустить его курс на биржах. И делает это он, в долгосрочной перспективе (неспешно), что-бы другие держатели токенов (купившие их дорого), продали их дёшево. А потом, в самом низу, скупит их дёшево.
