Good evening everyone! I have 60$ to test the altcoin market right now(0.082 eth in my metamask secondary account), do you have any suggestions for me for short term ? Better to send the amount on exchange? If yes, what exchange do you recommend ?

This is too small a sum to invest, but you can try to pick up prospective tokens to make a profit. I would invest in XRP and LTC.

I would buy some BCH...

That's a good advice. Bitcoin cash does this big sudden pumps from time to time and is now actually down, so we might expect a growth up to $3k soon. This would give a 20% profit, which is not bad for the beginning, but that's just $12 if we consider the initial investment.
OP, if you are willing to invest only 60 dollars, I think it's better to go for a long-term investment, because you're likely (if you use bitcoin) to lose more on transactions than you can gain otherwise. Just choose a good coin which you like, buy it and wait for some months to get at least a 2x profit. Good luck!

Don't listen to people who say $60 is not enough money to make a meaningful investment. Altcoins go crazy from time to time, so sudden increases like +100% within a day are to be expected. You can increase your money very quickly that way. It's just a matter of patience and making the right decisions at the right time.

There is no small money when you are investing. Especially if you are investing alt coins. If you check coinmarketcap top gainers section, you will see that there are a lot of coins that multiplies very fast. So this 60 bucks can be 600 bucks in very short time with a right coin. I could go for Dent, check it out.
