I did not scammed him, first day bitcointalk went down for some hours and i went to sleep, i was not able to talk with him as he was sending replies after 6 mins. I got pm code from the hyip site i use and gave him, there was some issue with that. I got his pm and replied to him but he's offline now, so waiting for him to come online to resolve this.
