I wanted to exchange my120k BDG - Bitcoin cach.
At first they said that they had technical problems and then said they would return my tokens, but so far I have not received anything.
They just stole my money.

You should note that you sold to use around 400k BDG in total by small orders, knowing that the market can probably not absorb those tokens well (or knowledgeably ignoring this fact).

Your support ticket is updated daily and we will refund your funds as we do with all the customers.

Not even vague scam accusations will change the fact that we operate with a 100% integrity and there is no one who can claim otherwise.

This is ridiculous.
You have traded into BCH and not into USD, first of all (which also lost quite some value against USD lately).
Secondly we told you at first hand that we will refund you, before any changes on the market occurred.
Lastly you must've thought that releasing 0.5m tokens to the market which is equal to a daily turnover on all exchanges and is 0.15% of all the supply will have some kind of an effect.
Or did you just expect us to absorb that kind of slippage / draw down?

The normal behaviour would be to try to speak to live support before selling your stake instead of trying to conceal it in small orders hoping that we will not notice.

We will include some small perk for you.

We are sorry for your experience but we do ask you to be mindful in the future, and not to try to use insufficiencies in our system to dump large amounts of non liquid tokens above market price.

No response in over 3 days, so I really doubt there is any money locked anywhere for that matter.
