Ive requested a withdrawal of my dentcoins worth 500,000 coins until now its pending support group was not answering my emails ,almost a week already and withdrawal of dent today is unavailable.

I made a withdrawal of eth and btc this day and they process it ,got my withdrawal in an hour.
Some of hitbtc wallets are temporarily shutdown or suspended thats why some of thier members cant withdraw.

Yes,2 week ago I withdraw my ethereum but ETH pending almost 17 hour after ethereum entered my wallet.

Until now my withdrawal is pending almost 6 days, i made a support ticket but their not answering my concern, even on some traders in hitbtc some of them been waiting for almost a month and still no answer.
