Help setting up cgminer

I am using the cgminer but when I open it quickly crashes. I`m running a r9 280. Heres the bat file code.

cgminer.exe --skein -o stratum+tcp://eu.miningfield.com:3397 -u aquinn.AlexPC -p DGB --gpu-engine 1100 --gpu-memclock 1250 --gpu-powertune 20 --gpu-fan 90 --thread-concurrency 22400 -I 20 -w 256 –g 1

The error is "unexpected extra comandline arguments"
