Yes, the bee token is one of my favorites. Decentralized Airbnb with zero commissions. Strong team behind it too from google, facebook, and uber. Watch out for their pre-sale on jan 2nd. Not sure when the ico is, but i'm sure it's soon after that. https://www.thebeetoken.com/

Check out the top 100 tokens at https://coinmarketcap.com/tokens/ and you will see that 8 out of the top 10 are based on Ethereum. There are plenty created on Ethereum and it is the default platform for creating tokens now.

There are competition from other platforms but it is still the leader in terms of branding and acceptability.

Just check the coinmarketcap link for top 50 tokens - https://coinmarketcap.com/tokens/

Some of these tokens will be swappable to specific coin once their mainnet blockchain becomes live - EOS, OMG, etc.

Perform due diligence and Caveat Emptor always!

Most of the tokens now are ethereum based and I believe we there are a lot of good coins who are in the top 50.
Personally I invested most of my money in atlcoins especially an ethereum based because it's easier for more to stop such tokens and I believe Eth has a great future.

The ERC-20 platform has really benefitted its parent token Ethereum. The Decentralised Applications and the Smart Contracts have made it easy for new companies to launch their own token whislt still being able to exchange with low fees.
