Since MtGox forced me to get verified for no particular reason I 'm considering to get verified also on Bitstamp and Btc-e.
Is there a way to get verified on Btc-e?

No, BTC-e does not do AML or KYC.

I do not view this as a positive.

BTC-e is not going to stay "off the radar" forever. If they have enough volume and run long enough without AML/KYC policies (or a block on US visitors), they are going to get seized. It's not a question of if, just a question of when.

If by "last one standing" you mean "getting their shit kicked in by Speznaz" then yes.

BTC-e no longer takes deposits from US banks according to their Deposits page.

AML/KYC is what keeps you open and in the good books of the regulators. It is not doing KYC that will get you closed down.

BTW where are you from?

I get that a lot from Pakistani people.
I'm from Greece. My Mother used to call me "Pakis" when I was a child. It's quite uncommon name in Greece.
