The White Paper and the Taler (TLR) Roadmap

Any financial unit (fiat or crypto-currency) in an open system is more influenced by the global financial system than it has influence on it (the latter is rather the fate of the main reserve currencies, among which the honorable place is reliably occupied by the US dollar and Bitcoin).
In the Taler (TLR) descriptive model "as is", such an influence on the world financial system is minimal, but the impact may increase in the future, but due to what it will happen - it is described in the model "to be".
The Taler White Paper is a conceptual representation of the vision of the model "to be" with the given project boundaries.
The plan for transforming the implementation of the "to be" model of the current horizon of the planned events is presented in the Taler Road Map.
Both documents (White Paper and Road Map) were created, and were submitted by the Taler Creator (TLR) - Denis Lavnikevich. If necessary (and as I understand it has already appeared), the relevant documents can be changed accordingly. Documents can be approved after approval by the community (in the voting format).
