There's no such thing as "real" or "fake" transaction, that I know off... if a transaction goes into the mempool, that is that is hows on these websites, it can only be on 2 states: confirmed and unconfirmed, that's all.

Your transaction may be stuck because of the congestion problem. Now that fee is $12 bucks at current prices and the mempool isn't that filled anymore. Should be enough to go through. I don't know why is it taking so long, but it's confusing since you said a fews ago, but the website shows this date: "Dec 27, 2017 at 04:40".

The reason you see it on that site only is because it never broadcasted on the network so the other explorers don't know your transaction exists yet.

I didn't finish it until the end but your transaction is most likely spending from a long chain of unconfirmed transactions. In short, Your transaction will be able to get confirmed once his parents (the unconfirmed ones) does.

To find where the long chain of unconfirmed transaction originated, you can follow this:

You have to paste the TXID on chain.so after that click the "Raw Data" and copy the Tx hex at the bottom without the ("") and paste it here: https://blockchain.info/pushtx and you'll see its missing parent

If its a very long chain it might be better to just wait it out until it gets dropped although we're not sure if oaccoin.com's wallet is rebroadcasting these TX's

P.S. You have made 2 identical posts. Please delete the other one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2656118.0
