BITFINEX not responding. >:(

Hello all,

Has anyone had problems with Bitfinex not responding. It has been weeks since i opened up a ticket. Still no response.

It's the case for every single exchange out there, cryptos and mostly bitcoin are receiving a lot of attention and a lot of people are joining so It's hard to keep up.

Yeah I haven't experienced this with Bitfinex but this seems to be happening to a lot of individuals and it isn't limited to bitfinex. You see people backlogged on Bittrex, Poloniex, Liqui, HitBTC, and other websites. It is normal and instead of calling them a scam I would give them some time as these times are hectic and frantic in the crypto world.

Didn't recognize a bad support on Bitfinex yet, also not on cryptopia. I got fast answers within 48 hrs. But maybe they are actually working with limited staff because of holiday (are there just holidays in Hong Kong?), so that they may only answer tickets with most urgent issues.
Maybe open again a ticket or go to their social channels.
