Ok.... now I'm stumped.  I've been trying to get my miners working at our warehouse which is 3-phase Wye.  I have a couple of antminer s7 and a whatsminer m3.  They have been running at home on 240v (single phase) fine.  The Psu also turn on when plugged into 110v (no miner attached as it can't draw the needed amps, but the 12v fan spins up). However, at the warehouse when I connect it to 2 legs (leg-leg, no neutral) nothing happens (and I mean nothing; no noise, clicks, smoke anything). When I take them back home on the 240v again all runs well.  Most interesting is we have some bfl miners still running at the warehouse off the same panel but on 110v (ie leg-neutral) circuits. I know when connected leg-leg there is power present but the power supplies just react like they arnt plugged into anything.

Any thoughts/help would be greatly appreciated as I'm thinking my only choice is to setup a 110v to 220v transformer which I'd like not to do for obvious reasons.

And you're sure you are hooking them up across different legs? What power supply is it?

definitely hooking it up on 2 different legs.  Power supply is a whatspower p3 (comes with whatsminer m3...) and a YD1850PC power supply (purchased off ebay).

As I said,... works well off 240v single phase at my house

Strange. I've not used either of those power supplies, but my whole shop is wired up on 208V (from a three-phase wye) and I've never not had a PSU work. At least six different server supplies and four different ATX supplies and three versions of Bitmain's PSUs all work just fine.

Well, at least I have confirmation it should work.  But that's what makes me confused

Are you able to measure your mains voltage at home and your mains voltage at the warehouse?

Measure the voltage before and after plugging in the psu. So you can make sure that the breaker has not tripped.

It would bring some more info to our troubleshooting.

My mains voltage was 220 VAC when I did a thorough testing and review for the Whatsminer M3,

you can see my results in this review thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2390138

See chapter 7, Power consumption measurement.

I'll grab the voltage when I'm back out at my house today where the miners are running.  I'll have to wait till tomorrow when I'm at the warehouse to take a measurement there of the voltage

Ugh.... forgot my volt meter at home.  I did stop by my shop and hooked up the YD1850PC to a different panel (still 3 phase).... and it worked.  So now I'm trying to figure out what the difference is.  The 2 panels run off different transformers but I don't think there should be a difference.  Maybe I did screw up someway the first time but just can't think how as both prongs had power and because of the breaker I couldn't plug it into the same leg.....  oh well... guess I'll try the original panel again this weekend
