Cryptopia withdraw processing for over 5 days! No response on support tickets

Anyone having problems withdrawing form cryptopia ?

They have been "processing" my withdraw from 5 days now

And i have a ticket open since: 1/4/2018 9:01:08 AM

I can't get anyone to reply to me. Tried getting on discord, got ignored.

Could someone shed me some light how can i get this sorted? Or this is just the Cryptopia way?

I have read up recent issues similar to yours regarding on their problem regarding cryptopia and its not surprising though for most of exchanges as of now do have almost similar issues happening as of now. I don't know why they are fucked up as of now but I'm sure one related reasons is on bitcoins tx and fee matters or on another exchange personal reason. It do really sucks no matter how many tickets you would send you wont able to receive a single response which do really suck.

I've had mine 'Proccessing' for 8 hours.

It's clear all exchanges are overwhelmed right now.

Let's be patient and hope this does not bode badly.

has this been resolved? Im disgusted with whats happening. Its almost criminal. Says processing for almost 24 hours and there is no option to cancel pending request? How does that make any sense? Where the hell is my money...

No it still hasn't been resolved!

I've been waiting since the 21'st of Dec. Still no reponse to my ticket and the coins still haven't been added.

They just fulfilled my withdraw after 8 days of Processing. They still havent opened my ticket, but they fixed the issue so hey! they are doing something
