32hs down to 22hs rx580 question as what kind of damage was done

ok, i sold my gpu on ebay. i know i got 30-32mh. when i got it back i cant get any more then 19-22 has anyone ever heard of this

This happened because your GPU had an upgraded BIOS. Now you probably bought a GPU with the factory BIOS. We need to modernize it. I'm surprised to hear you say that. You should have known about it. For the correct operation of the GPU with an upgraded BIOS you need to use a special driver. Did anyone else set up rig for you?

well i think the decreased performance is beacuase of heat and damage. just wondered if anyone elseseen somthin similiar. the bios is stock i checked
