TrueFlip is a Scam

I deposited my funds in DOGE (5498) from Bittrex, equaling 0.00489 BTC at 89 satoshi each, and received only 0.00318 BTC.  When I reviewed their page on facebook as scammer, he was kind enough to tell me they took rate reference from Poloniex, even if considered the lowest rates for the day (i.e. 0.00000085) it could not be that less.  So he came up with a new excuse that they charge 15% due to volatility (nowhere mentioned in their site).
