So my account on bitcointalk was hacked on 17/12. The email was changed to "@lf.xx".
The owner made a post in Turkish or something..and I locked the account.
Now I wonder, how do I get it back, is there any way? Or is it lost..... I tried emailing support, didn't work.

The only way is to sign a message from an address you posted on the forums (unedited post) and P.M Cyrus with it. If you can't, then there is no way to recover your account.

"sign a message from an address you posted on the forums" I don't really understand this part, can you please explain.
Why can't you just change my email back to what it was?
And I don't even know where the hack is coming from..Was this forum hacked perhapse?

If you've posted a btc address from your hacked account and have the access to it then you could use that to get back your account. They can't simply change it because you have to show some proof of ownership and signing a message is one way of proving that you're the owner and not just some hacker. This forum was hacked in 2014 afaik and theymos advised everyone to change their password.
