NEO Taking A Dive Any Thoughts

So apparently Neo is taking a dive due to the Chinese having issues / banning ICOs (so I've heard) Any Thoughts? I've pulled out and dumped my money in Tenx for the time being.

NEO is now out of China, and it is very popular in Asia, and its main user is no longer Chinese, and it is out of this stupid country.
I think it's not a rational choice to sell NEO, because NEO is likely to be the next ETH.
