bitcoin never arrived to my gdax addres - bitcoin mai arrivati al mio conto gdax

Hi,
2 days ago I sent 1.15206721 bitcoin from bittrex to gdax (I've done it before several times)
I received a confirmation email from gdax - coinbase as usual but there is time the bitcoin have never arrived
Transaction hash is:    0000000000000000004d585b91783ec802d916f742715f9d531774e06d4ab8d9

I found my transaction in the blockchain and it is completed (spent) but I haven't received the bitcoin for 2 days

0000000000000000004d585b91783ec802d916f742715f9d531774e06d4ab8d9 is a block hash, NOT a transaction hash (ID).

Without the transaction ID there's no way to check if the bitcoins were received by GDAX.

If you don't have the transaction ID then paste the address you sent the bitcoin to on a block explorer like blockchain.info.

I pasted the address I sent the bitcoin on blockchain.info and it says that the amount received was exactly 1.15206721
it also gave me hash 160:    443c2517bad06a57130a7fa20b5dc6eb32e41c29
what can I do to recover my bitcoin?

If you're 100% sure that that's the correct address then open a support ticket on GDAX.
They'll credit your account.

they just sent me automatic answer
I contacted 'em on twitter and email but nothing so far...
the strange thing is that I found the transaction on the blockchain and it seems ok

As the blockchain confirms that the transaction has been processed successfully, only GDAX can solve it for you. Unfortunately you must insist with them for an answer, this is no longer blockchain related at all now.
