(help) Limit on PM's, can only send 2 a day

Hi, was wondering if someone can help me. I went to send a PM and it said that I had reached my limit of 2 PM's per day and that to send more I needed to buy a copper membership. I have looked through the info on the fourms and found this quote

I've adjusted the limits to make spamming more difficult.

Which say that Newbies should be limited to 5 PM's per hour. That's quite a big difference. I understand why PM's are limited to prevent spamming but why is mine stuck on 2 per day. Is there something wrong with my account that needs fixing?

You can either get Copper membership to get automatically whitelisted, or you can increase your activity to lessen the restrictions.
