He is phishing for bribes:
Tomorrow I will announce the ICO of the week. My staff and I have scoured dozens of ICOs. In case we missed yours and you would like your company's ICO to be considered, send white paper and ICO website to IcoRecommendations@gmail.com. He hope people pay him 50 BTC to push a coin, so maybe its DeepOnion tomorrow? Since its a scam like McAfee.
If he was honest and not a scam he would suggest Zoin most likely, as that is the privacy coin where the biggest amount of people can still profit from now. But McAfee only cares for his own paycheck.

I predict in the future McAfee will start rumours about bitcoin. Saying blockchain was hacked.
