Hey,

Just bought a RX 580 and I am facing a big issue at the moment, I have been looking for solution for 3+ hours, still nothing working.

Here is my problem :

I am running on a Windows 7 premium family edition, Desktop computer with 2 GPUs : Sapphire Radeon R9 Fury Nitro Tri-X OC - 4 Go HBM and Sapphire Radeon RX 580 Nitro+ 4 Go.

Thing is, as far as I know, the R9 Fury needs 15.12 or 16.3.2 Amd drivers to be able to use Claymore AMD GPU Miner (using 12.6 version at the moment). But these softwares (15.12 and 16.3.2) do not support RX 500 Series, the only solution to make the 580 RX mining is to install the 17.x.x AMD Driver and that's the issue because R9 Fury do not work with 17.x.x drivers (hash rate is at 0 and drivers crash after few seconds, on the other hand RX 580 is mining well).

I tried multipled drivers, using the DDU everytime to clean up the other driver and get a fresh install...

I tried Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition Beta for Compute but not working either.

Help will be appreciated !

EDIT :

Just found a solution on a R9 fury thread, It is possible to use R9 fury with latest drivers, in script.bat file using claymore you will have to add -asm 0 as option. It slow down the speed, I 'll see if I can fix it but i'm getting faster anyway with two cards...

Hi Zushi, since this is miner related and I have 0 clue about that, you could try the dedicated subforum for mining to get your question answered: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=14.0

Goodluck!
