Mining for newbies

I'm looking to start mining. My buddy want to give it a go.

We are looking to buy at least 4 GPU's. And if need be to up to 6.

So, that being said what brand, how much watts we would need for a PSU and Memory, mobo and CPU?

In Mining Bitcoin world there are two ways to start Mining Bitcoin, first through Cloud Mining and second is Local Mining / Mining itself. Both have their respective advantages and disadvantages. Personally i am looking in the direction of mining. I have the luxury of time, electricity , air conditioners. what i need is how or what i need to set up a rig.
