Bex.io going to launch their first exchange in New Zealand soon

It's curious how not many people is interested in this, or at least it's not discussed, i hear everyday that there is a need to create more exchanges.

By the way, can anybody explain me what do Bex mean by this?:
"As we are focusing on the technical aspect of building a bitcoin exchange we are are looking to partner with people who can help fill the other aspects. Specifically our partners will have:
4. A level of liquidity sufficient to underwrite an exchange" Quoted from their FAQ.

I guess they want the agent holding the risk bag for the franchise, not the global firm itself.

I am on the localbitcoin but there doesn't seem to be alot of volume compared to the Australia one. So it will be interesting to see how much the market grows.
