Block Erupter / Windows 7 / CGminer installation-operation question

Received my Block Eruptor (latest/Sapphire), running Windows 7 Pro, CGMiner 3.3.1

Used this guide to get started:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=220450.0

Followed the directions, confirmed the Port (Port 2).

Ran cgminer-nogpu

Get this syntax:

I can't understand how to resolve, based on the research that I have done.
Both drivers are installed property.  Windows assigned the Com Port.
I verified manually.

Any suggestions?
