im new here and was trying to find my user id number for another site but all i read and tried stats are disabled so my question is is there another way to get my user id number?

Hello and welcome to bitcointalk!

Click "profile", in profile click on "summary" and in the address bar you can see 6 numbers. You should see "1692198", that is your id
