Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if someone could please lend me a hand.

I have 6 RX 470s and 1 Rx 580, once I install the driver and patch it I get windows to see the rx470s with the yellow triangle and the ! but the rx580 is recognized just fine.. Then I restart and get a black screen.

I am able to get the 6 Rx 470s to work by own their own but not with the 580. Can they be mixed?

Suggestions or ideas welcomed. Thank you for any help you can provide me.

What is the error code in Device Manager? You can mix cards with the blockchain drivers. I have a Biostar TB85 mixed 7 card rig on Windows 10 v1703 with 5 RX 570's, a RX 580 and a HD 7850. Check the PCI-E settings in the Bios and try changing the slots to GEN 1 or 2. Also make sure the onboard video is disabled.

thats the solution!
install drivers, do not reboot after driver installation you have to install pixel patch and then reboot pc it will work!

Agree with another pixel patch will solve the problem unless you have some mystical problem with the motherboard or the card itself.

Hi All,

thank you for the comments.. I have been using the patcher!   I could get the 6 rx 470s working fine but the 580 showing the triangle and then the screen would go black and I would have the 580 showing without the triangle but all the 470s would have it, as if they switch.

I am using a msi z170 gaming pro carbon motherboard with custom bios, I disable 4G before installing drivers and Peg 0 and 1 set to 1 and then after drivers and patch were installed I would enable 4G..... I get a black screen when booting into windows. I tried Peg 2 with no luck.

I might have to go back to Ethos, but I really like the performance I can get on windows.
