Your site's shop lacking information about the company/service, your customers/users should know if who are you people, your office/s, address where the site's based, tel number/s and email/s. This small things are very important for transpsrency of the service you owned and should be put on your site. You don't even have social media accounts. Its hard to trust someone without this information except if you can use any reputed escrow on this forum.
