I just gotten the antminer S9 for Jan batch. The Asic# for one of the boards is lower than the rest, and the hashrate is lower too.
I'm using a third party PSU rated at 1900w with 220v, and I'm using 220v circuit at home.
Anything I can do besides sending it back? Chinese new year is coming, and by the time I got it back might be late February  Cry

You have to send it back.  Probably the solder broke on one chip, cutting the chain.  You could try warming it up to see if it connects when warm, but this device is going to continue to be a problem.  Sorry.
