Hello! I'm so grateful if you could help me with this issue:

I'm sending my bitcoin to BinaryCent, however, their service window expired after 1 hour and my coinbase sending status is still pending with 0 confirmation. Is it possible to get those bitcoin back to my account? If so, how could I do that?

Exchanges usually don't pay out withdrawals immediately you request for it because they batch transactions or have to send to hot wallet from cold storage.


It's not possible to get the bitcoin back to your Coinbase wallet.
It will eventually get confirmed and go to Binarycent.

But what if no one response this transactions at all in the BinaryCent side? It seems to me that BinaryCent is no longer active?

You'll just have to wait for Coinbase transaction to confirm, it's not possible to reverse a transaction if it was already sent (do you have the TX id)? Your only hope now is that BinaryCent will still honour the deposit. That's the problem with these services with time-restricted deposit windows. You should only transact with your own wallet for these, where you can set your own fees to ensure confirmation within the timeframe.

Just contact BinaryCent support, inform them of the transaction ID. You said it's no longer active but I just looked and they seem online. You've used them before and did your due diligence on them before depositing, I hope?

I'm in the same boat with sending ETH at Coinbase to my Binance account. It has been pending for 29 hours now. A buddy of mine sent ETH the same way last night and got it in his Binance account within 8 hours. I submitted a support ticket. Seems there is no prioritizing to their backlog right now.
