been looking at pre-search quite a lot, it is attractive in that the search results are not favored or tweaked by internal unknown algorith like the one google does. But my uncertainty is whether presearch team developing their full blown search engine or just some sort of interface between different search engines. The way I see their current product presearch.org appears to be latter. From presearch interface you choose the search engine and result is either through one of traditional engines. i.e. google, yahoo etc.,

According to their whitepaper and what admins says on telegram Channel, it is working as a search agregator for the moment while the devs are building a full blown decentralized search engine.
Have a look at their telegram channel (Presearch community). There you will find helpfull people that will give you a more accurate answer.
