Hello, i will not put that much information here. But i'm looking for someone to start a small Exchange with me. we will deal with BTC only and sell for Cash,Skrill,Netteler,Bank wire.
i have a lot of old ''friends'' who constantly want to buy BTC over 10% of BTC.X so we would have a decent start

Many countries require identity verification of the customer. Any plans on that?

You should also be careful about the security. Mtgox, inputs, bitstamp,.....

i already have a veryfied account to buy bitcoins if that is what you meant. so buying back is not a problem.

Security will be our top priority. 3x cold storage which all the profits will go into. and of course one would need a hot wallet. the ''hot wallet'' would then be on a server build for one thing only. to keep the bitcoins on.

You have a verified account on an exhange, you have customers. Why not start a private exchange on your own?

You need a partner to develope a public exchange for you? That is one big tough project, especially after the recent hack on bitstamp. I am not discouraging you, I think you should plan this carefully, legal, taxes, security and all. Wish you luck.
