Be careful Kraken blocks account of his customers for several weeks, no transactions possible,

Kraken has locked my account due to their emails verifications and errors cloudflare for several weeks, I made a dozen tickets and severals mails, the support does not respond.

I'm not alone in this case, several people have seen their accounts locked

the strangest is the lack of responsiveness of the platform, it becomes insulting, no response to tickets and emails

does anyone have a procedure to speed up unlocking?

I must say that I am quite disappointed by the platform, I hope it is not a problem of funding kraken

no banks, no brokers, no trading platform in the world can afford to block customer accounts for so long. without affecting the trust in the company
