How can he do that when he just asked for a $1.2M loan without any collateral to buy Antminers which can be bought using bank transfer? This will end really bad for the idiot who tries to meet with this guy.

There are many reasons:

People that bought bitcoin at $1 back in 2009 - 2010 and want to cash out.

I am interested in volume, that is 1000+ BTC daily, when you buy volume the price is negotiated. Is like wholesale, the more you buy the cheaper must get.

Is an offer that you don't find anywhere else, I don't think there exist other person that would buy 1000 BTC daily

You will have hard time finding people with 1000+ btc from 2009... Good luck with that.

You can find supplier/miner who will sell you some amount on daily basis but price will go from +1% up to 15% , it all depends what part in the world are you buying and what is payment method.

Oh believe me there are everyday trades with 100-500btc even with 1000btc and people are paying 3% some are paying 7% above market price. To reach that amount you must have good reputation and acquaintances in trading world. No one will trade such a amount with unknown person who claims to be buyer. Is hard way to the 1000btc trade. I'm telling you this from my experience, you will hardly find people who wants to meet up with you and where are you now from that 1000btc per day.
