When will tangle be implemented? Do we need iota chip in every device to make transfers for free?

iota has good technology.and much institution support this project.IOTA's rate now move up gradually and not caused by pumping.in futures it can be the same with another blockchain like ethereum.

Since IOTA is very interesting to many of us, maybe we could gather some question here and then one of us could post them in front of the community, that way they will not be all over the place.

My only questions at the moment are:
 - when will it start to trade on Bittrex;
 - since it reached a new stability is it possible that we will se some partnerships soon (I believe that IOTA has to push that hard now as there are some competitors with a very similar technology looking to "take it's cake")?
